Notice of localised Floods in Thailand: 11 October 2011

Heavy rains have caused severe flooding and service disruptions in certain provinces of Thailand during the first half of October 2011. Prospective visitors to Thailand that require more information on the situation are advised to contact their travel agent and/or accommodation establishment in Thailand for more information applicable to the region they intend visiting. Updated information is also available on the website of the South African Embassy in Bangkok on www.saembbangkok.com.
