Air Travel

There are direct flights from Johannesburg to Douala and Yaounde with Air Cameroon. Kenya Airways has connections via Nairobi. There are daily connections via Paris.

Health Requirements

Immunisation against Cholera and Hepatitis A, B and E is strongly recommended before departure from South Africa. Immunisation against polio, and tetanus is also recommended. There is a high risk of malaria throughout the year. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.

Cameroon is a member of the " Communaute Financiere Africaine" (African Financial Community) or CFA Franc Zone, made up of a group of West and Central African nations.
